What to Expect on for Your First Visit

Step 1: Intake Forms

We kindly ask that all potential new patients complete an intake form as thoroughly as possible. Please also bring a valid ID and insurance card (if using insurance as form as payment).

We accept most major insurance carriers*, FSA, HSA, and cash.

* If using insurance, please call in a head of time for a complimentary insurance verification for chiropractic coverage on your health plan.

Step 2: Consultation, Examination & Report of Findings

On your first visit, a one-on-one, in office consultation will be conducted, in order to address your main health concerns and goals. Current and past health history and trauma may be addressed at this time to determine the cause of your concern.

After the consultation, a Chiropractic examination will be conducted to further diagnose your concern. The examination includes physical, neurological, and orthopedic exams.

We always advocate patient knowledge and understanding, so a breakdown of the consultation, examination and its findings will be discussed with you. A personalized treatment plan will also be addressed at this time.

Step 3: Treatment

After your consultation, examination, and report of findings- a personalized treatment plan will be addressed. We will be implementing your personalized treatment plan to get you on your way to a healthier you.

Your treatment plan can possibly include Chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies (myofascial release therapy, percussion therapy, cupping therapy, and/or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and/or corrective/rehabilitation exercises.

Re-examination will be conducted periodically to ensure that together, we are accomplishing your health goals.
